Mattress size thickness inaccurate

Ordered the 5" mattress and after 4 days of being out of the package the mattress has reached its peak of 4" fullness. The cover that comes with mattress also only measures 4" in depth. Other than being let down on the mattress thickness , assembly was pretty straight forward and it will do the job as spare bed for guests. Just disappointed that I paid more and was expecting a 5" (at least near5") mattress and it is no where near that. Would love a price adjustment for that! Glad I didn't order a 4" cause it would have been worse.
