Excellent!
I really liked Viva Naturals Vitamin D3 with Organic Liquid Coconut Oil. Each softgel contains 5,000 IU, and the bottle has 360 softgels—enough for a whole year! Great form of Vitamin D3
Healthy ingredients and a decent price from Viva Naturals. Many ailments can lead back to a deficiency in Vitamin D3 - most (no) doctors will tell you this. Most people over 50 are also deficient! Many diverse functions of the body depend on Vitamin D3...do your research! I recommend Viva Naturals.
