Couldn't get the floss to dispense. Every time I use it I have to open it completely up and manually take the floss from around the spool. It will not turn I took it and even switch it around to see if that would help but it didn't.

Disappointed! Hoped it would be a sufficient replacement for the 6-pack of Glide All-in-One I used to buy at Sam's Club (discontinued) but it's pretty terrible floss. Hard to use, shreds around my permanent retainer, makes that plastic springy sound, and is generally a much lower-quality product. I guess it gets the job done but now I have to get through this yucky cheap floss before I can buy the good stuff again!

"The photo for the 2 pack Glide said ""Original floss"" which is what I ordered and the reason that I ordered them. Instead I was sent the ""Healthy Gums"" Glide which is inferior and shreds. The ""Original"" type is far superior. I returned them all of them unopened."
