Cons - The charger didn't work and cost me a hundred dollars to replace, there was a nice size scratch on the top of Mac book. The ports were loose and and apple recommended they be replaced at a cost of of up to 275 dollars for parts and labor. The computer is almost 7 years old which means won't be able to update any longer etc. pros- it's a MacBook lol. The keyboard and screen were free of defects which was the only reason I kept it. Seems to operate nicely I love it actually despite its problems. The company refunded me 30 dollars which won't cover much but at least they offered that and also offered me a complete refund if I choose . I didn't feel like dealing with the return process and kept it. Over all I guess I'm satisfied or I would have returned it. The company needs to get there act together on what they sell but the price was cheap I guess and they will refund your money if your not happy
