On point fitness, you will feel the workouts I own other kinect workout games such as UFC but it doesn't compare to Nike. I think the fact that is calibrated to form your everymove. Ensures your doing the workout right you will see results. Fitness at a high level but for anyone at any weight.

Great workout for indoors!

Nike did a awesome job with this. If you have a nike+ account it will let you sync your nike fuel points to your account. It also check to see where you fitness level is at. You will need lots of room for this though. can't do it in a small room. cool thing is it lets you work out with friends as well. and for motivation it has a weekly challenge against other players. its good for beginners and good for people who are already fit. I started this weighing in at 180 now i'm at 174. in 2 weeks or so. i say this game/workout is good!
