I have fine, but thick hair and this conditioner has been amazing at keeping my hair healthy and soft. If you are worried about hair follicle fatigue or split ends I would recommend the Biotin Boost Conditioner by Real Raw as it is free of harsh chemicals, safe for color-treated hair and won't break your pocketbook. It is worth noting that the product also smells amazing. I don't know what scent they bottled up, but it is delicious smelling. I think the bottle is really cute, I love the vibrant pink color, and I think the colors in the words contrast well. I really like the soft smell of coconut this conditioner has, the coconut isn't too overpowering. When rubbing the conditioner into my scalp, my hair began to feel extra soft right away. I was able to easily run my finger through my hair to detangle while using this conditioner. My has become so soft and smooth since I started using the product and I feel I have more volume as well. I was suprised such an affordable conditioner works so well. I know some people may look at a lower price as indicating an inferior product, but that is not the case, I definitely reccomend!
