I gave this last one star because the little closure piece is difficult sometimes me being old not having good use of my fingers sometimes getting them open is a little bit of a struggle I'm not terrible they stay shut well I just wish there was an easier way you could use your thumb instead of your fingernail to your thumbnail to unlatch it to open the lid.

Lid firmly seals Found it easy to open the container Compartment size was a let's say a Medium size. In my experience it held 7 medications of varying sizes , 2 pills which are rather large. Top of compartments are clearly marked with large letters to coincide with day of the week. Travels well in purse or briefcase.
