Need to stand on your head...

I have attempted to receive a refund or replacement for this item for the last 2 weeks. I visited a Walmart the day I received the jacket to return it. The logo was sticked upside down! I was told that I would have to contact Fanatics and that Walmart could not help me. I called Fanatics who stated they would send a replacement. After giving the representative my email to confirm what she told me, she stated that she could not because only Walmart could email me. Then I called Walmart who had no clue, they stated they would refund my purchase and that has been 4 days and no email from them or refund either. This was a birthday gift. Too bad for me.
