They seem to work pretty well. I only wish these, as well as other over the counter medications that are sold in pill form, would be packaged in bottles. I have neuropathy, and my hands and fingers do not always work well, and this type of packaging is difficult to open.

STOP wasting your money on Tylenol cold and flu ! This is the same exact thing ! Works great. I have been buying these every two weeks for about 3 years now. They are great for cold and flu but they are excellent for bad headaches. I have a tumor in my head and get horrible headaches these work in as little as 20 minutes. Better than Tylenol, Advil or Excedrin
