I have tried many items and this is one that worked unbelievably for me. I can only take half the dosage because it bothered my stomach really bad, I take 1 tablet with dinner and have NO more hot flashes or night sweats and No upset stomach since I had switched to this, It is a lifesaver for me because I was really miserable before.
