When I received the product I charged it over night with nothing plugged into it and checked the display to make sure it was fully charged. Then I pulgged in my phone charger to use a lower output (than my PC and screen) to see how long the battery bank would last. With just my phone on it the battery bank only lasted about 5 to 10 mins. I sent it back in hope to get my money back to get better/one that will hold more than 5 mins of charge when only charging a phone. The box on arrival was damaged with dense and deep devits on it. It was shipped UPS and it could have been damaged in shipping and would explain the dirt/dust in the box and on the battery bank and why it did not hold a charge at all.
