I mix this (green blue magic)with blue magic, sulfur 8, rosemary oil, and Shea butter. I have been doing this for some time now when I started to grow my hair out 2023. I had a pixie cut. My daughters hair looks beautiful and healthy now (minimal heat, roller set and protective styling) because of our regimen I will continue to buy all of these products and continue to mix them as well.. the mixture makes four/five jars and lasts my family about 7 months.
