Good support, great price, delivered to your door.
I wasn't sure what to expect with having a Queen sized mattress mailed, the box was much smaller than expected. I would suggest having someone to help you move it, it was a little over a 100 lbs. Once you have it in place, poke a small hole in the plastic and it becomes full-sized immediately. I tried it out about ten minutes later and it felt just like the mattresses on the showroom floor that I tried out. It does have a slight chemical smell but it went away in a few days. I think this is a great mattress.
