cute but streaking

The price and size were fine. It arrived slightly later than projected, but still relatively quickly. The sign looked like it didn't have enough drying time. There are streaks going down. you only notice, if you get close. Also there was a chemical smell to it, upon opening. One corner was slightly bent, despite the protective packaging.
