Verified Purchase

Arrived late, damaged, and stained which leaves me empty handed for a gift exchange. The seller accepts zero responsibility, despite their awful packaging that caused the item to become damaged during transit, and offers zero help beyond “take it up with the carrier.” For such a high priced plush, I'm extremely disappointed.
