the office couldn't order it but I can

somebody kept dropping the headset at work and it kept breaking well the last time the volume control was what was wrong anyone could hear us perfectly fine but sound through the actual headphone part wouldn't work. you guys are literally the only one selling the replacement headset thank you guys very much for that.
