Ground pin melted, like everyone else
The charger stopped working after maybe 100 charge cycles. Upon inspection, the plastic around the ground pin is melted and no longer contacts the battery terminal. Severely defective electronics here if the issue is occurring on multiple devices. 3M should issue a recall and replace affected products with working product. Especially on such an expensive system.

Cheap product
Lasted 3 days. Contact spring lost spring action melted the connection. Been trying to get in touch with warranty but havent got an email, phone call, nothing. For the money these cost I feel like they should last more than 3 charges. Dont recommend at all.

Poor charging base
Contacts for charging batteries loose their spring and will not charge battery. They do not last long.
