When I received the laptop it weighed too much. I immediately contacted the seller to begin a return. Instead am unable to carry heavy items and as a teacher I need to carry this back and forth to school. Instead of starting the return the seller offered me a $20 refund and told me the leather case is what makes this laptop grace. There is no leather case. It is a metal case. I requested a return 3 or 4 times and got no help. I wouldn't buy from this clown if he had water and I were on fire. This was the worst experience of my life.
