Awesome Customer Service

I ordered 2 custom blinds from this company and the blinds are very nice and of great quality. I had a typo on the measurements of one of the blinds and it did not fit the inside of my window. I was going to purchase another blind with the correct measurements because this was not the fault of the company. They remade me the blind at no cost to me. What an awesome company! If you are looking for custom blinds you need to check them out!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SO FAR

I just placed my order but prior to doing so I had a lot of questions, that the yoolax customer service team was able to answer right away. Yoolax customer support helped show me various color swatches of white to help me determine the best fabric and guided me on the best solution to meet my needs. So far the team has been awesome to work with and I'm excited to recieve the blinds as I expect them to be as good of quality as their customer service.

Amazing blinds! Customer support is great too

In the photo, you can see the blind on the left is the 50% shade and the blind on the right is blackout. We put blackout blinds facing the East as we get intense hot sun in the mornings. (our house is still under construction :)We love these blinds! They look very nice and seem to be very high quality.We've had some issues in programming them, remote control problems, and other things.. but the customer support team has been fantastic helping us figure out what to do and get everything resolved. We highly suggest these blinds!!
