Ralph Lauren WHITE Sascha Textured Medallion Comforter Set, US King

The comforter was too large for my bed altho it was of good quality. When I went to return, I was told by a not nice team leader that I had to have the box. I had pictures of a box that frankly, was not taped all the way, was crushed and had open places, and had been wet from the rain so we threw away the box but kept the comforter bag. He refused to take it w/out the original box even when I showed him pictures I had taken of the delivery outside by the front door. I had to buy a box! I asked to speak to a manager. He went to her and they stood not far from me while he "filled" her in; she was neutral in her approach. She said Marketplace demands the box. I showed her the pictures. She said well you have to buy a box. I told her that was no where on the site. She said I had to buy the box. In the future, I will no longer purchase from Marketplace; I do b/c I reside in NW AR and I like to support businesses here; its Amazon and other sites in the future. I am disappointed in the customer "service" and they lost future purchases due to a box. The pictures are too large to upload.
