Not what I ordered

I did not receive what I ordered. No invoice was sent with the replacement product, so I could not send it back. A note was sent saying they were out of the color I ordered, but, they sent me a totally different product that was plain white and less than what my product cost. It had no snaps down the front, but was a plain undershirt type top which goes over the head. If they could not give me what I ordered, they should have cancelled my order. Very disappointed.
