At first I thought this item is really pricy but when I received it, I was impressed with the quality, even of the packaging. It came in two boxes, the shipping box and the box of the product which looked like those on I-phones or computers. The item is looking sharp and it is so helpful to finally see the level of the water! I overloaded the container several times and the water made a mess, so I finally decided to make the investment and purchased it. It is really nice addition to my Berkley, it looks great and works better than the plastic one that you had to hold to pour water, you can simply turn it on and off.

I had to return this one as it was defective and leaked water. I know this one was defective as I have one I ordered over a year ago and it worked great. Was replacing it as it is worn out. Hard to review product based on it being defective as first product worked. Am going back to using the original faucet my Berkey came with. Love my Berkey water filter.
