I recently purchased these, after the first couple days breaking them in, they have been great. I do 16 hour shifts on my feet for most of it. First pair of footwear that feel this great. No just have to see the longevity of them, I did set up the warranty though.

You do not have to set-up the warranty. The warranty comes with every pair of Rocky boots. The warranty is tied to the date of purchase and will need to verified with your order number (if the boots were order directly from us) or with your receipt (if purchased through a local retailer).

Awesome from Day 1

I bought these to start my postal career as a letter carrier and these were great. I walk around 10 miles a day and never had leg or feet pains. Lasted 3 months before I needed to replace them due to the wear on the bottom sole from all the miles. I'd guess it's probably around 800 miles. I can still wear them and still hold decent traction but don't trust them while working.
