Damaged items

Order these placemats and they came folded up in a tiny package. So, obviously when I took them out of the packaging they were bent and damaged. They won't lay flat on my table. I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea to fold these for shipping.

Why would I possibly purchase these mats again?

the mats came wadded up and are nearly impossible to flatten out, besides that the color that was sent was completely different than was ordered. You differently don't respect me or your product. if you took more care in the shipping you might sell more items/ believe me this was a disappointing purchase.
