Pre-Owned Princess Bedtime Stories

My 3 year old received this book as a gift last Christmas so now I bought more as birthday gifts for friends. Both my daughter and I love it! It shows most of the princesses after they are married to their prince, which I like because it shows little girls that there's more to the story after"they lived happily ever after" (Exceptions are Ariel and Belle, those stories focus on life as a mermaid and while Beast is still a beast). Most of the stories are a good length to read before nap or bedtime, however one Jasmine story is much longer than the others, so I avoid reading that one! My 1 1/2 year old can't pay attention long enough for the entire story, but older girls could easily sit still through one or two stories.

I purchased this book for when my granddaughter comes over to visit. It is a wonderful story book. Lots of different stories of her favorite princesses. The stories are a little long, so not recommended for the younger child who can't focus that long. The illustrations are beautiful. In fact, that is the first thing she did when I pulled out the book. She looked at all the pretty illustrations, and picked out her first story for me to read to her. I love sitting with my grandchild and reading her a story. I can see her eyes light up and her imagination in full bloom. This is a wonderful book, and Walmart has a great price!
