Krylon Rust Tough Primer, Red Oxide, 1 Gal. K09743008

Problems drying in the South. I applied it outside and the temp was 75 degrees which is in the suggest range. But out humidity is never in the humidity range unless it is the dead of winter on a clear sunny day. Today is day 3 and still tacky, the temp dropped and now I have heat lamps to try to keep the metal in the tempo range, but its cloudy and humidity is 93% A couple pieces are starting to dry to touch after 4 hours of of heat lamps. I only have 50 more pieces to paint and wet cold is coming tomorrow. This must be for Arizona on a cool day in the shade.
