Need to Change the Bag Container

The coffee is excellent, but I am very disappointed with the packaging...instead of your standard aluminum can, they have a bag. Having a bag as a container does not elude a high-end quality image. Additionally, to keep the bags closed is very difficult since the tape that you are using does not work. One needs to rethink your marketing image.
