This is a great queso dip. Just a bit of heat, but not too much. I've developed a sensitivity to jalapenos (unfortunately, because I love them), but I can handle a bit of this. This is good on pretzels and would probably be wonderful on tortilla chips. I've thrown some in with mac%26chz and au gratin potatoes. Good stuff.
