The amount of protein in this whey is more than any other why that I've gotten which is already a bonus. on top of that it fits in perfectly with my macros and calories for the day and it puts me ahead in my protein intake. I usually take it after I workout because I found that there are better sources of energy other than a protein shake. Lastly, Huge Supplements was spot on with their nutrition in this whey, there is little to no fat and carbs in it.
