♦. For comfort and safety, hold the glove around the top of the sleeve with your thumb and thumb on your thumb.
♦.Place the blade in contact with the cutting surface and gently roll it back and forth over the food. For large foods, such as carrots, slowly feed the blades while rolling, rather than moving the blades to the food. Note: For safety, the cutting speed is slowed when the knife approaches the finger. For smaller objects, such as herbs and garlic, roll the blade as needed. For best results, the roller blades need not be lifted unnecessarily. If the blade slides or stops rolling, loosen the pressure on the sleeve or lift the unit and reposition it on the cutting surface.
♦. Cut off, using the trigger / brake: lift the brake with the index finger up, cut off, release the rolling action. A minimum pressure is required. Note: The brakes keep the blades free to rotate.
♦. When you are finished, you can use warm water and detergent wipe, get Blade cleaning.

☞. Disassembly cleaning is recommended after the first flat open, taken from the middle.
