Cute but doesn't fit right

Nice material but fits aweful. This is made by Carter's but the sizing/ fit can't be the same. Every Child of Mine by Carter's I have gotten has the same issue. The pants are a tad bit shorter than regular Carter's clothes but the waist line is totally different. They do not come up high enough so every time my daughter bends over her entire diaper is hanging out and they are loose so as she walks they fall off. I have tried 3 different outfits/ PJ in this brand I have had the same issue every time. I definitely will not be buying anymore. For reference my daughter is 29 1/2 inches tall 20lbs and normally wears a 12months in all clothes.
