Works as it should but...

This item comes with no instructions not a huge problem for a used unit. When it was delivered i tried turning it on nothing happened. I put it on charge after an hour it finally turned on. it took 24 hours to charge 100%. I did a google search and found this unit is supposed to have a 24 watt charger. They sent with the unit a off brand travel charger that i can't tell what the watts, volts or amps are because it's faded out. With the unit fully charged it works great no issues i have found. My problem is it don't work for the intended use i bought it for. It's nothing more than a paperweight for me now. As of writing this review the price of this unit is $196.70, when i bought it the price was $49.99. I would not have bought it at $196.70 it's not worth much that even if it was new. I'm just not happy i got a charger that struggles to keep it charged. I could buy a charger that would work better but since it's getting tossed in a corner never to be used again i won't worry about it. It might be a good practice target, if i can't figure out how to reset it to factory so i can give it away.

not new but I figured out before it came

ok so it's not new. but the one I received was the correct brand not sure about the model. it had a charger the ports and everything work fine. screen had scratch but if it on you can't tell. it was my first lap top. I was over all pleased with purchase. I paid $90 tho. For $90 yes if it's their first one it'll be great. any more than $90 that's a hard no from me. honestly. I would recommend at the price of $90 nothing higher than that and not if they have ever had a lap top especially a new one

Refurbished! Do Not Buy!!!

The product is not brand new. It looks refurbished. Lots of scratches on the screen and body. One part of the charging cord was also missing (pic attached below). It also came in a generic box and not a real box for a brand new laptop. I was totally disappointed!
