Cloudy water don't waste your money

I am so disappointed. Made my pool so cloudy no matter how many times I've cleaned it. Waste of money wish I can return it this is after using it not even 2 months. I thought it was my chemicals which at first it was we drained and refilled but still cloudy after only a week of refilling the pool so definitely the filter. Since the drain my chemical levels have been on point and the pool is just cloudy no matter how many times I've cleaned the filters
