Upon opening of the bottle the smell was delicious. The pill looks so cool with a capsule inside a capsule and that oil in there also. I took my first pill at 8:30 pm and when I woke at 4:40 am I used the bathroom. I struggle with regularity and gut health so it was a pleasant experience to already see results from a product.
