Swanson St. John's Wort with Chamomile and Bacopa - 3-in-1 Formula 4 Pack

I am not sure I will ever purchase this product again. I cannot tell any difference in the way I feel between this product and Swanson's Premium St. John's Wort.I was interested in this product because it uses the flower heads of the St. John's Wort not the ariel parts like other supplements I've taken. IMLO, chamomile flower is contra-indicated for what I take St John's Wort for, and I never heard of Bacopa monniera Leaf, and had to look it up. I do not like to take herbs, vitamins or medications unless they are necessary or improve or complement what i am already using.Not in love with this complex, but love Swanson's for pricing their products so I could try it out.

I have been using nutritional supplements to support my emotional health for decades. I have researched and used many different brands and types of supplements--from specific B vitamins to a variety of herbs to specific amino acids. I eventually found this product which really works for me. Don't be fooled by the low price. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon and am (finally, after many years) completely satisfied.
