Simply fill the bag, roll the top edge minimum 3 times, and clip to seal the smells in. Attach to dog leash, backpack or other gear. Empty content in trash and reuse the waste bag. Maintenance tips: Easily rinse out any mess from leaky poop bags with lukewarm water and soap. For refreshing the inside of the bag we recommend periodically filling the bag with a water + vinegar or baking soda solution.

Works but inside holds smells
It does help to contain the smell but goodness does it need to be aired out after use. Not something you would want to keep in an apartment without outdoor space to air it out in, or maybe a bathroom with a good fan. Might try to add a thin charcoal odor absorber inside or something.
