This Sammys X-Press 8294922 Rod Hanger provides a secure anchor for threaded rods with its 3/8 in. female fitting on the screw head. The X-Press Technology expanding anchoring strips collapse right after installation, securing the fastener with the rod tightly in place, without the use of a retainer nut. Its ball-and-socket swivel head allows the rod to be turned in a 45° angle for 12/12 pitch. It is ideal for hanging plumbing on extreme or variant roof pitches in which access to the backside of the fastener is prohibited by panel liner or roofing insulation. ⚠ California Proposition 65 Warning: This product is known to the state of California to cause cancer, or other reproductive harm.
