READY TO USE: The Armor SX5000 is ready-to-use and can be applied to a properly cleaned and prepped unsealed surface with a solvent-resistant pump sprayer. One gallon covers up to 175-225 square feet per gallon. Foundation Armor cleaners and sprayers are available separately.

EASY TO MAINTAIN: The Armor SX5000 works entirely below the surface so there is no surface film or coating to maintain. When it is time to reseal, simply apply 1-2 coats of the Armor SX5000 to a clean, dry, and absorbent surface with a pump sprayer.

Happy with the sealant
I researched brick and flagstone sealers and this is the one I chose to use. It states that the sealant will last for 10 years and will help to keep the efflorescence from forming on the bricks. I was plagued with that issue last winter, so I am hoping this product does the trick. It was super easy to apply with a 6" roller. I covered my bricks and flagstone in under two hours and used 2 gallons. I like how it brought the richness of the bricks out without any shine. The flagstone remained about the same. I would purchase this product again.
Excellent Product
My pool deck is 17 yrs old stamped concrete with a salt water system. The salt was eating away the old sealer and penetrating the concrete. I stripped the old sealer off with another product, because the CR100 didn't work. I waited until late afternoon when the sun was off the deck and the concrete was cooling to apply. Using the Foundation Armor sprayer (very good sprayer) I applied the first coat which soaked in immediately. By the time I finished I applied the second coat and it quickly absorbed. In some areas I applied a third coat. As described, it doesn't change the color or texture of the concrete; it looks completely natural as I wanted. I waited 24hrs before testing with water. I covered one section with water and my concrete doesn't bead up, but the water did not absorb into the concrete, sat on the surface until it dried. Family went swimming a week later and it did the job. No water absorbed and it dried on the surface in the sun.
