Great products and warranty

On 10/24 in mid-morning I ordered this but discovered it was the wrong part about 6hr later. I called to cancel and was told it had already been processed. Rep said normally orders can be cancelled within 24 hr. Part was returned but shipping both ways deducted from refund. Fortunately, having found my original purchase paperwork on the 10+ years old faucet I was able to get the right part free of charge under warranty. American Standard products are long lasting and they stand behind their products. Just make sure you are ordering the right product.
