I started to take this supplement by doctors recommendation. Its good acids algae and it has no after taste. I hope the long-run benefit is worth it energy wise.

Get your omega-3, even if allergic to fish!

My doctor told me that I needed to supplement omega-3 for my health (when I had chronic Lyme disease), but have allergic reactions to fish. I stumbled upon this product, and have been using it ever since! Even though I also have MCAS, I have not had any reactions to it. Wonderful!
