DOA—no refund or replacement

Plant arrived dead with no remaining roots in a container of dust. Contacted company with foto. Was told it was shipping shock. Was told to plant it and it would “fine” Bah Humbug. It's dead. No satisfactory resolve since no refund or replacement will be forthcoming. Not pleased.

I purchased multiple trees from different vendors. These trees were about 12 inches, arrived with the tips brown and dead about 3” down the stem. I'm pretty good with plants but these two did not make it. Will ask for refund.
