Very Disappointed!

Photo of item shows tray so I assumed it was included as description did not say it was not. Tray did NOT come with chair. Chair was VERY poorly packaged. Wrapped in plastic bag that was shredded. Left arm of chair was damaged as was one of the support rungs. I am not happy with my purchase.
