I'm primarily trying meditation to help reduce my stress levels and manage my anxiety. The biggest issues I've had in practicing meditation is actually getting my mind to slow down enough to do so. The Core 100% helps me stay focused on the process and actually make it through the meditation! I've also already seen a reduction in my high anxiety. 10/10 recommend!

He's huge into daily meditation and has taught me how to use it effectively and it's helped significantly! Being newer having guided meditation is crucial for me but I have never gone to a studio to learn the proper techniques. This "ball" or whatever you want to call it helps regulate my heartbeat to ensure I'm relaxing in the proper state for optimal meditative effects. The app sync with the device is seamless and it's enjoyable to hold onto this thing. Feels high quality and effective to get into my zen. Highly recommend if you really want to take meditation to the next level.
