Couldn't find these in-store, so ordered online. Shortly after placing the order I received an email saying there would be a delay in shipping as the shoes had to be transferred between warehouses first. I replied that I had a deadline as they were meant for a wedding and I hoped to have an opportunity to break them in first. Once they were received into the warehouse, the customer service rep ensured that they were shipped out immediately on a rush delivery. I really appreciated the effort. Wore the shoes from noon till about 2:00am doing tons of standing and dancing and my feet still felt great the next day.
