Not just for anxiety…
I take Gelsemium for cold flu symptoms. As soon as I get achy I'll take this remedy and within 15 mins my symptoms are gone. I'll take it again during the course of flu or cold virus when symptoms reappear, but it lessens with time. (Also, Belladonna is very good when you have burning sore throat.) People need to look up each remedy on a materia medica for the full extent of what it can treat, not just a quick description on the Boiron label. Do your research. There are many remedies that can work for a specific ailment. The challenge is finding the one the fits the whole symptom profile.
