This material is a fantastic work steel for everyday use, particularly because it’s extremely resistant to rust, holds an impressive edge, and sharpens easily. The blade is hardened to 54HRC. It provides excellent resistance against edge wear and deformation while also allowing for easy re-sharpening. It offers the best of both worlds.
