Faulty regulator

I have purchased a few items from A1 auto in the past, and I have been happy with them. However, with this window regulator for my BMW, the grommet in the bottom of the regulator, where the bolts go into and attach the bottom of the regulator to the door frame, these grommets improperly installed as they would just spin in the regulator. Because of this, there was no way to properly install the regulator in the car. I had to return the regulator.
