Almost the perfect blouse

This is such a beautiful blouse, fabric is lush and a nice weight. Down side it is definitely not cut for girls with bigger busts if you are average it will do fine. The sleeves from mid 3/4 to wrist are extremely tight and if you get the button on the wrist buttoned you cant flex your arm. I gave this blouse to a friend who is small through the bust and it looks amazing on her with proper coverage but she also said the arms from elbow down are way too small. I am hoping there is some seam allowance so she can the the lower arms out for a more perfect fit to wear it as intended. Really is a beautiful blouse.
