This is the best way to be rid of mold around the house, but you must be a bit patient. I find it works best if you can power wash brick and areas like that first, then apply the wet and forget to continue to keep the mold away. It works great on pool cage screens, siding, and patios. Re-apply about every 4-6 months to keep everything ship shape.
