This was a wonderful buy!!! I read the comments and was skeptical, but I absolutely love it. The quality is fantastic and if you leave the screen open it will withstand wind and rain but remember to nail the restraints in the ground. Keep in mind it is a pop-up tent so if the weather is crazy then you should not leave it out.
